Scott was the perfect host and really made us feel welcome. The room was excellent and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for our bike ride to John O'Groats. I would definitely recommend Cromarty View Guest House and look forward to coming back.
Just stayed at Cromarty view. Excellent Room spotless , very comfortable , powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing. You certainly won’t need lunch after it. 100%recommend you won’t be disappointed. Owner very welcoming
Great place to stay, clean rooms very helpful, and the breakfast is unbelievable , how they do it for the money is unreal, challenge anyone to finish it. Scott and Jason are extremely friendly and welcoming nothing is to much trouble. Well worth a stay
We had such a lovely stay here. Scott and Jason create such a lovely atmosphere and put you first at every turn, making sure you have everything you need. So friendly and welcoming, staying here made the long drive well worth it. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends, and hope to return ourselves one day. Vegetarian hot breakfast was also a nice addition. Lots of options that many large hotel chains often do not go the extra mile to provide
Excellent in every way. Great host, very friendly and welcoming. We were traveling for an event nearby and he went as far as to tell us if we had transport problems getting back to the guest house then he would arrange for us to be picked up. The rooms we booked were perfect, clean , warm and nicely decorated . The guest house was only a short walk from the town and there was a bus stop right outside. Delightful host, couldn't have been more helpful and biddable. Room was very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Bathroom WC facilities spotless and modernised with a spacious , powerful shower dispensing lashings of hot water. Host continues to invest internally and externally in the property. Unable to stay for bekkie but imagine it would be every bit as enjoyable as my stay and my welcome. Great sense of community spirit and a contributor tot he local economy and welfare of local residents. Top family run business going places
We had a most enjoyable and comfortable 4 night stay. Our well appointed room which included all the usual tea and coffee making facilities etc also had a fridge, microwave and an excellent en-suite. Scott served us amazing breakfasts with a wonderful choice of freshly prepared and cooked food. He made us feel very welcome in his lovely home (and he has a great sense of humour! ) We would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend this place! The breakfast is excellent, Jason and Scott are friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. When I mentioned the shower was too hot, they fixed it right away. My room had a spacious en-suite bathroom that was very clean and comfortable.
